At Clawfoot Stills, we're on a mission to change the way people think about gin. We often tell people it’s a modern take on a classic spirit.

Our focus is on exploring the possibilities of what can be done with gin, and pushing the boundaries of what people expect when reaching for a glass. We want to challenge the status quo and invite others to experience gin in a whole new way.

Recipe 7 is Clawfoot’s first release and has a beautifully complex flavour profile with three distinct plateaus. Our recipe was chosen to stimulate each one of the taste receptors to translate into a great tasting gin. At first, the aroma is bright, pronounced, and playful with the juniper being supported by a burst of citrus and ginger, while the black pepper, angelica root and coriander seed provide long lasting depth. Our corn base offers a smooth, velvety mouth feel that carries the flavour of each ingredient across the palate.
